Kendra, a stalwart professional and a distinguished graduate from the Chamberlayne School of Design, devoted a considerable portion of her career—15 years, to be precise—to the management and sales in the furniture and home interior industries. Upon leaving this sector, she branched out independently, founding Weldon Interiors. After a successful four-year run, Kendra found her true calling in the niche sector of window treatments, catering to both designers and homeowners with her impeccable sense of style and function. 

Regarded for her unparalleled expertise in her product and service offerings, Kendra has guided thousands of clients towards creating visually stunning and economically efficient solutions that fit perfectly within their budgets. Whether it's a consultation, design, or installation, Kendra ensures that Simply Windows delivers the absolute best for all window, upholstery, and bedding projects.

Madeleine is not just an alumni of Chamberlayne's prestigious Interior Design program but also holds the distinguished NCIDQ certification. Joining Simply Windows in 2021, she seamlessly integrated her comprehensive knowledge of interior design and robust experience in project management, honed from a fruitful career in hospitality design, into her role.

Now, as Operations Manager, Madeleine is a linchpin of Simply Windows' success, underpinning our reputation for unmatched service. She combines her remarkable organizational skills with deep technical knowledge and a knack for fostering positive client relationships. The result? A professional, approachable touch that distinguishes every facet of the Simply Windows experience.

Monique initiated her journey in the interior design realm in 1996, providing custom window treatments and bespoke products to discerning clients through the Fabric Place. With her undeniable flair for design and exceptional client service, Monique advanced her career, working with renowned high-end furniture and interior design providers such as Belmont Interiors, Ethan Allen, and Design Center West, among others.

In these experiences, she gained broad exposure to various design styles and customer preferences, further honing her creativity and design acumen. She played an instrumental role in creating stylish and comfortable environments tailored to individual client needs and aesthetics. Monique truly found her niche in the role of Managing Designer, where her passion for design was perfectly blended with her leadership skills. Here, she led several interior design businesses, steering them to new heights with her innovative designs and exceptional client-centric approach.

Monique eventually brought her wealth of knowledge, industry expertise, and deep-seated passion for design to Simply Windows. As a valuable part of our team, Monique continues to influence our design narratives with her seasoned skills, contributing significantly to our commitment to superior design and quality.

Robert Hackett's career is defined by his commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of client needs. Throughout his career, he's held various roles that demonstrate his versatility, attention to detail, and leadership skills. At Amazon in Milford, MA, he successfully managed a crew of 40-50 employees, overseeing delivery coordination and ensuring top-notch quality assurance. Prior to that, he was an integral part of the USPS in South Grafton, MA, where he showcased his dedication by ensuring timely and accurate mail and package deliveries.

Robert's tenure at Atlas Global Solutions in Sutton, MA is particularly noteworthy. Over nine years, he wore multiple hats, moving from production worker to online accounts representative, then to production line supervisor, and finally to inventory control specialist. Each role built on the last, illustrating his ability to adapt, learn, and lead in varied capacities.

Before joining Simply Windows, Robert's most recent role was as a Senior Installer at California Closets in Hopkinton, MA, where he fine-tuned his installation skills by working on custom closets, cabinets, office systems, and wall units. His ability to problem-solve on the fly and ensure customer satisfaction further solidified his reputation as a reliable and skilled professional.

At Simply Windows, Robert now utilizes his vast experience to oversee window treatment installations, ensuring the highest level of precision and customer satisfaction. His breadth of expertise from various industries, combined with his unwavering commitment to excellence, makes him an invaluable asset to the team.

Tara Sanda demonstrated her prowess as a residential and commercial design consultant and project manager, bringing a unique balance of aesthetic sensibility and organizational drive to every project she undertook. Her career was marked by her ability to envision stunning, cohesive designs and skillfully manage their execution, transforming concept into reality.

Tara's professional journey included significant roles at several leading companies. At Hubley Painting & Carpentry in Marlborough, MA, she served as a Design Manager from April 2021 until December 2022. In this position, Tara was instrumental in managing residential kitchen and bath remodeling projects, coordinating the efforts of a diverse team of subcontractors, and overseeing the selection and procurement of essential components such as appliances, countertops, backsplash, fixtures, hardware, and lighting. Her abilities to creatively problem-solve and monitor costs, scheduling, and quality control ensured the smooth execution of projects even during the challenging post-Covid period marked by material scarcity and rising construction costs.

Earlier, Tara was the Director of Architecture & Design Markets at Key Office Interiors in Boston, MA. Here, she fostered long-term relationships with the Architecture & Design community for an emerging dealership in the Boston market. She was instrumental in creating awareness about the dealership's products and services as client solutions, negotiating national purchasing contracts, and contributing to sales revenue.

Now at Simply Windows, Tara supports sales through her wealth of experience, in-depth industry knowledge, and an unyielding commitment to delivering the best solutions to clients. Her design prowess and project management acumen make her an invaluable asset in our ongoing pursuit of service excellence.

Natasha Clark stands out as a professional with a unique blend of industry expertise and digital proficiency. With a background rooted in collaborating with trade professionals in the high-end appliances sector, Natasha has cultivated a deep understanding of luxury markets and the intricate nuances of customer expectations. This experience has seamlessly transitioned into her role at Simply Windows. As the Social Media and Client Relations Manager, Natasha employs her knowledge to craft compelling digital narratives, ensuring the brand resonates with both its online audience and its clientele.
