Repair Policy Highlights
- Simply Windows will service only products originally purchased through us.
- Repairs will not be conducted on products older than 10 years.
- Each manufacturer offers their own product Limited Lifetime Warranty. This does not include removal, shipping, or installation of the product. Please refer to the links provided.
- If your repair is not covered by warranty we can provide you with a cost to repair as determined by the manufacturer.
- Limited in-home services are available within our service area.
